Comparative assessment of methods for computational inference of transcript isoform from RNA-seq data

This is the supporting website for the publication: "Comparative assessment of methods for the computational inference of transcript isoform from RNA-seq data."

The study is a benchmark of 11 computational methods that use various probabilistic approaches to try to quantify transcript isoforms from RNA-seq data. To get an overview of the methods, click Methods. If you are interested in downloading datasets, recreate the analysis or access the source code, visit the Downloads page. While experienced users should - hopefully - find it relatively easy to follow the wrapper scripts provided there and adapt the called scripts to their own needs, another alternative is to our quick Analysis service that allows users to upload their own estimates (based on our datasets) and compare them to the ones evaluated in our study.

Thank you very much for your visit!
